Im Australian and decided i really needed to change makeup brands because i heard that a certain makeup brand that rhymes with Lover Curl tests on animals!! Anyways as you might know, NP started in Australia..and it is very big here..atleast 1 NP stall per large shopping centre. My favourite NP product is the Gloss Patrol lipgloss ';Dallas'; It smells soooo good...it smells like strawberries..so delicious with no nasty taste and u dnt feel like you could catch flies!!

I recieved the 19pcs Napoleon Perdis makeup brush roll for christmas from my boyfriend, which by the way i am rapped about!!!


The only issue is i have no idea what each brush is used for??


I thought i may be able to find a Tutorial on the Net somewhere but have had no luck whatsoever!!! i have a little idea but io really want to know for sure so i dont ruin them by using them on the wrong part of my face!!!! Buying Napoleon Perdis on ebay?

Do ppl sell you fake products? Ive noticed some ppl on there selling lots of NP cheaply - can ppl get fake ones ? I dont wont to buy if its not the real deal!Buying Napoleon Perdis on ebay?
I'd be quite careful buying 'cheap' NP online - as we all know it's a good quality brand. In Asia, I've seen loads of fake 'MAC' and other brands like Revlon etc - I've not seen Napoleon, but doesn't mean it's not out there. Once it's yours, there is no way of knowing if it's real or not either - might be safest to buy in a shop :)Buying Napoleon Perdis on ebay?
Well i would just read the specs over and over again just to make sure it doens't like say 'a picture of Napoleon Perdis' but even if the specs were fine someone could rip you off.. just try it and see what happens i guess. i dont do ebay. i dont trust it.

Is Napoleon Perdis set good in general and for full coverage?

I am considering buying Napoleon Perdis set products from Target. Are they the same quality as the products from the normal range?





And my skin is really dry because I'm on acne medication at the moment, but school photos are coming up soon.. And I need the coverage. And I will stop using my medication a couple of days before the photos in order for the dryness to disappear (my normal skin is oily).. My acne scars are a deep red colour, and I found using Revlon Colour Stay Soft Flex with cheap $13 Maybelle concealer helpful.. But then they got so bad that I had to put soo many layers on too cover and got sick of it (which is why I use the medication, Retin-A and Benzac AC, now and don't wear makeup).





I hope that all wasn't very confusing.

And is MAC really all that crash hot? I know it is exspensive as but if it is I would really consider getting it.. It kinda sucks cause where I live they don't sell MAC :O Or normal NP range (I know).

Napoleon Perdis did my makeup for my school ball last year and they are really good! Just make sure you match every thing in the set.

If you want better quality stuff, go for the more expensive stuff...

My brothers girlfriend says they have really good mascaras...


I haven't personally tried any of their products but they all look pretty promising and I know people who use them and are satisfied.

I'd be careful if your looking to work with that line in the U.S. They are going through a down-grading process right now, there launch in the U.S is not quite as successful as the had hoped. They are being completely pulled out of all Sephora stores, they have laid off some of there top (by top i mean the ones that had the best salary) makeup artist, and if they are hiring it's probably to find someone talented who doesn't know how 2 negotiate salary yet. the experience u have had is it behind counter cheap brands or acutal makeup artist type makup,


you have to have alot of talent to be able to work as in studyed it and know the product well, know the background of the company. if u have a portfoilo of your makeup work then bring,

I'm Asian and I'm not surprised...on the streets in many Asian countries almost everything they sell is fake. First of all, I doubt they'd make fake Napoleon Perdis makeup because it's not ';big'; enough over there.

I have napoleon perdis eyeshadows and gel eyeliner and the quality is very good, it last all day and does not crease but I think its way over priced.What is napoleon perdis make up like?
It is tested on animals %26amp; I have also heard that it is not good for oily skin types. (my friend has combination skin %26amp; stopped using hers after a few days because she looked like a greasy mess)

I would like to know if anyone has ever taken this course....please be honest...i am really interested in taking it myself. What was it like? Tell me your experience with the course and your career as a makeup artistNapoleon Perdis 3-week certificate course in Hollywood?
No offense but i doubt a 3 week course could get you any kind of career in the make up industry, im currently on a two year make up course and then going to hollywood for a 6 month course and then back to england for university, and then if in that time ive met enough people that will hire me, i May hve a chance at a career,





but if you just want to do it freelance around where you live etc, im sure it'll be fine, but then again who knows maybe you'll take the course and then become huge haha
