It is not carried in all Sephora stores. There are a few Sephoras in the Seattle area, as well as being some in Oregon, and neither state carries them in their Sephora stores. (Although I do wish that they carried it-I loved the makeup at the latest Alex Perry show)
The best bet would be to go onto the Napoleon Perdis website and search the list of stockists.Is napoleon perdis makeup available just online at sephora.com or do they have it in store too?
They should also have it in the store since they have no notes saying it is only available online.
