Im Australian and decided i really needed to change makeup brands because i heard that a certain makeup brand that rhymes with Lover Curl tests on animals!! Anyways as you might know, NP started in Australia..and it is very big here..atleast 1 NP stall per large shopping centre. My favourite NP product is the Gloss Patrol lipgloss ';Dallas'; It smells soooo good...it smells like strawberries..so delicious with no nasty taste and u dnt feel like you could catch flies!!

Buying Napoleon Perdis on ebay?

I am considering buying Napoleon Perdis set products from Target. Are they the same quality as the products from the normal range?
And my skin is really dry because I'm on acne medication at the moment, but school photos are coming up soon.. And I need the coverage. And I will stop using my medication a couple of days before the photos in order for the dryness to disappear (my normal skin is oily).. My acne scars are a deep red colour, and I found using Revlon Colour Stay Soft Flex with cheap $13 Maybelle concealer helpful.. But then they got so bad that I had to put soo many layers on too cover and got sick of it (which is why I use the medication, Retin-A and Benzac AC, now and don't wear makeup).
I hope that all wasn't very confusing.

Napoleon Perdis did my makeup for my school ball last year and they are really good! Just make sure you match every thing in the set.

They are being completely pulled out of all Sephora stores, they have laid off some of there top (by top i mean the ones that had the best salary) makeup artist, and if they are hiring it's probably to find someone talented who doesn't know how 2 negotiate salary yet. you have to have alot of talent to be able to work as in studyed it and know the product well, know the background of the company. if u have a portfoilo of your makeup work then bring,

No offense but i doubt a 3 week course could get you any kind of career in the make up industry, im currently on a two year make up course and then going to hollywood for a 6 month course and then back to england for university, and then if in that time ive met enough people that will hire me, i May hve a chance at a career,
but if you just want to do it freelance around where you live etc, im sure it'll be fine, but then again who knows maybe you'll take the course and then become huge haha

Has anyone ever tried this product? If so, does it work? Would you purchase it again? I really need to find something to shrink my monstrous pores, and this looked appealing. yes it is a very very good mascara you have to put it on properly in the zig zag action or it will clump but if you put it on well it works very well and use it with a curler for even more curl : ) if you dont like it MAC has good mascara to : )

It adds volume and length w/ curl. It doesn't weight your lashes down either, so they don't ';fall'; by the end of the day like most other mascaras. I've also tried MAC Splashproof, does the same as above, good if you're in a hot area or by the beach/pool or spa. These don't flake or make you look like you have raccoon eyes or ';spider lashes.';

I just bought china doll yesterday, and the girl applied it to my face to get the right colour and such and it came out really nice and flawless and did not look cakey.
Like you i also have oily skin and i asked her about the product, and she said that once your face starts getting oily (ususally mid of the day for me) the china doll foundation has this ingredient which helps it not just slide off your face! Which i thought was pretty cool.
So far this product has been great for me..although pricey...

I do like his products, but some of them are actually rebranded generic products, so I feel that they're way overpriced. The eyeshadows, for example, are actually La Femme eyeshadows (if you don't believe me, compare the shade names... they're identical!). i definitely love their auto pilot primers, i dont wear foundation but i wear their foundation primer anyway because it makes your skin look bright and refreshed. plus your eye makeup wont budge if you use the eye makeup primer, so no more smudgey makeup.

Napoleon mascara is amazing!
I use the curling one and its really good if you like dark dark dark very showy mascara
the only problem is that it smudges pretty easy
so basically napoleon mascara is good if you really want the big fat black lashes
otherwise i like dior show as its quite thick as well but it makes you look like you have lots of individual thin lashes that are really long
or model co they have a nice natural mascara that is good for day time!

It is not carried in all Sephora stores. There are a few Sephoras in the Seattle area, as well as being some in Oregon, and neither state carries them in their Sephora stores. (Although I do wish that they carried it-I loved the makeup at the latest Alex Perry show)

Get in contact with them and let THEM do the hard work.

i have used alot of their products. they are all great so far! if you go to an actual NP store they will let u try the product and explain why or why not it would be good for you. i would definantly go there..Napoleon Perdis????
