Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics...?

I am wondering if there are any Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics staff that can tell me what the interview process is like for Napoleon and what its like working for them...? I'd be careful if your looking to work with that line in the U.S. They are going through a down-grading process right now, there launch in the U.S is not quite as successful as the had hoped. They are being completely pulled out of all Sephora stores, they have laid off some of there top (by top i mean the ones that had the best salary) makeup artist, and if they are hiring it's probably to find someone talented who doesn't know how 2 negotiate salary yet. the experience u have had is it behind counter cheap brands or acutal makeup artist type makup,


you have to have alot of talent to be able to work as in studyed it and know the product well, know the background of the company. if u have a portfoilo of your makeup work then bring,
